What you’ll find when you get here.

A beautiful chapel.

In the summer of 1995, Tyler Fletcher converted a storage shed behind Fletcher’s Books into a tiny chapel. Four antique pews from the old St. Luke’s in Belton and a simple altar made up the furnishings. Today it is destination for many as a space to find inspiration and solace.

A warm community.

St. Joseph is known for its warm and welcoming presence both within the church and in the community. Come join us for such events as the annual Pumpkin Patch and our Christmas Posada.

An Anglican tradition.

We are a liturgical community rooted in the Anglican tradition as expressed in The Book of Common Prayer. If you’re looking to explore the spiritual dimensions of life through beauty, tradition, and ritual, St. Joseph’s has a home for you.

Opportunities to serve.

At St. Joseph’s we believe our spiritual growth as individuals, and as a community, is tied to our work of service. We have many ways you can become involved to serve God in your neighbor and to bring Christ’s love into the world.

A chance to pray.

Our chapel is open for all to come visit, pray, and find a centering space within a busy and sometimes overwhelming world. Our space is a special way by which we help others feel God’s presence in the world.

Joy.

We believe that a life of faith is ultimately about a life of joy. It doesn’t mean that troubles don’t visit us. But it does mean that we walk together through all parts of life’s journeys with each other as a faith community. It is in the process of life’s co-creation that we find joy.
